allow importing your social network to see your peers' lists
With OpenSocial (http://code.google.com/apis/opensocial/), we'd be able to find our friends and augment that information for site purposes like prioritizing up suggestions from people you actually know, giving a browse mode for stuff from users you already have social pathways going with for learning more about stuff, et cetera.

Propagate Firenomics to Thunderbird 3 or Songbird 1.0
This brilliant new extension is an excellent way to extend the user base of Gecko-based applications like Thundebird or Songbird. In one click, install a new Firefox/Thunderbird/Songbird profile at a friend's, with a set of minimal extensions as I like it.

Songbird is supported, as is Flock. I’ve not figured out how to make it work in Thunderbird as I need to have the user sign in to claim.

Allow sorting when browsing (by number of installs or os).
browsing right now is only allowed alphabetically, it would be good to be able to browse by number of installs (aka popularity) and maybe be able to see what extensions are used on different operating systems.

Make the list of extensions more usable
In order to make it easier to share a list of extensions, I would suggest to add some info directly in the list page and not in the detail page:
- short description of the extension
- install button (using the official and secured repository of extensions per product, like AMO for Firefox or http://addons.songbirdnest.com for Songbird, if existing, or the extension developer's page if not)
- link to the detail page of the extension (the one with the most details, either the firenomics one, or the official repository one, or the developer's page one)Also, could they be sorted… more

opt-in allow sharing of installed Greasemonkey scripts
Besides the discovery features of finding great stuff your peers use, this would be a great implementation vehicle for many of the tougher and more useful tickets on userscripts.org ( auto update scripts: http://userscripts.uservoice.com/pages/general/suggestions/5436 , Show that script is already installed in Greasemonkey: http://userscripts.uservoice.com/pages/general/suggestions/5647 , Users Who Use This Script Recommend ... http://userscripts.uservoice.com/pages/general/suggestions/4883 and probably others below the first page)

better urls for extensions
right now the extension id is used - which is either a long GUID for older extensions or a email address for newer extensions - instead slug-ize the extension name

Link with addons.mozilla.org
addons.mozilla.org does provide secure downloads. Will firenomics be able to link to AMO when it comes to downloading/installing extensions?
Can a link to the official extension page on AMO be added to the description page of an extension in firenomics? And more generally: firenomics is a brilliant idea, that should be part of AMO. Will you be working with them for an integration into there site?

I’m planning on integrating with AMO both on the site and via greasemonkey like functionality to pull in firenomics info into the amo site when you are browsing it.

Add a name to the extension list
I'd like to save all my Firefox/Songbird/... extension lists in my profile, for all Firefox profiles/installation I have, at home, at work, on a same or on different computers...
So maybe something like a name given to the user to each list would help.
